Your Mission:

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key eCommerce customer Amazon to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the account, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and coordinating internal resources to meet their requirements. Your strategic approach to account management will help strengthen our position as a preferred partner in the packaging industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for Amazon, and other key eCommerce customers aligned with the company's sales objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, including executives, procurement managers, and packaging leaders.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of the account, and proactively propose innovative packaging solutions to address their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, design, production, and logistics to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts, leveraging the full range of our product portfolio and service offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with customers to ensure mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, and analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts, reports, and updates on key account activities to senior management.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record of success in key account management or sales roles within the packaging industry with at least 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, with experience in managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
