Your Mission:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) parts and materials
- Issue parts and supplies to maintenance and operations personnel as requested
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using a CMMS or ERP system
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, organized, and stored following 5S and safety guidelines
- Identify and tag critical spare parts and maintain minimum/maximum stocking levels
- Collaborate with purchasing and maintenance teams for restocking and special order items
- Manage the return of unused or surplus materials and support efforts to identify obsolete inventory
- Maintain storeroom cleanliness and organization, including safe storage of hazardous materials
- Assist in maintaining accurate part data, including specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) alignment
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Job Duties are primarily performed in a storeroom, warehouse, or industrial plant environment
- May be exposed to loud noise, varying temperatures, and industrial equipment
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational training in maintenance, warehouse operations, or inventory control (preferred)
- Training or certification in forklift operation (preferred or will be provided)
- 2+ years of experience in a storeroom, inventory control, or materials handling role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Emaint)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial parts and tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and handling repetitive physical tasks
- Standing, walking, lifting, and climbing ladders are regularly required
- Must follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE as needed
