Your Mission

  • Drive both long-term and short-term quality goals and strategies that directly support business objectives leveraging key KPI's
  • Customer Audit planning, preparation, performance, reporting and follow-up of non-conformities (CAPA management)
  • Establish and maintain Quality control/inspection plan and/or production control/inspection plan for each product / product family incl. measures for production process control
  • Plan and assign resources (employees and equipment) for quality control/inspection measures
  • Develop measurement methods
  • Quality Control;Implement defined control plans, Maintain evidence of above and retain samples, Control the effectiveness of quality control measures
  • Facilitate resolutions of non-conformances by utilizing problem solving techniques
  • Use SAP-QM (Non-conformance System) to respond, prioritize, accomplish, and confirm sustainment of corrective actions 
  • Represent QA department and responsible for reconciling and the disposition of nonconforming material, through decision-based evaluation 
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Mondi management, customer representatives, supplier representatives, auditors
  • Submit IQNCN for all critical customer complaints
  • Perform assessments for risks and opportunities on all levels of urgency
  • Identify and manage product and production process-related risks with impact on quality, e.g. technical changes and validations or based on FMEA
  • Development and regular Review of Quality Improvement Plan
  • Organize, Prepare and perform quality trainings
  • Act as trainer or facilitator for quality-related trainings, e.g. about systems, processes, tools or methods
  • Regularly conduct specific trainings for all workers on shop floor about customer and product-specific non-conformities and the consequences for the customer / end customer (consumer)

Your Profile

  • Minimum of two-year degree, with five years on-the-job experience in Quality Assurance discipline
  • Preferred 4 year College degree in a technical or engineering course of study
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite; computer interfacing with lab equipment; database applications; and paperless systems, SAP experience desirable
  • Familiar with QA lab testing, SPC principles, and Quality Function deployment
  • Ability to make decisions regarding product Quality, consistent with Quality principles
  • Requires a high level attention to detail
  • Strong math skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and self-assured.  Able to work independently and to a deadline
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to access situations and make judgements based on practice or previous experience 
  • Passion for innoviative quality solutions and processes improvement
