    Your mission:

    • Build a high performance team to deliver key performance indicators
    • Own the customer relationship at the plant level for assigned accounts in coordination with the Business Solution Manager
    • Driving customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs/ inquiries in a timely manner
    • Manage order intake, process orders and coordinate changes with Production Planning department guaranteeing on time  delivery to the customer
    • Manage customer stock levels ensuring optimal stock position and develop plans with customers to move aged materials
    • Complete monthly sales forecast, follow-up of trials, Finished Goods, and maintain customer price list
    • Handle customer claims in cooperation with Quality department
    • Provides any necessary reports or data to the sales team
    • The daily scheduling of all outbound loads from the facility, as well as all inbound shipments
    • Prepare documents (i.e. bill of ladings, manifests and packing lists for outbound shipment)
    • Facilitate all necessary claims with vendors over damaged freight, inadequate service and billing issues
    • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
    • Match up inbound loads with outbound loads
    • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
    • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
    • Other duties as assigned
       

    Your profile:

    • High School education or equivalent
    • Cost Accounting, Reporting and Variance Analysis experience a must
    • High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing (ERP) systems
    • SAP experience required
    • 2-5 years of customer service or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting
    • Demonstrated organizational abilities and priority setting
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, and Excel)
