    Your Mission

    • Participate in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. 
    • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts. 
    • Gain experience in preparing sales reports and analysing sales data. 
    • Process incoming orders
    • Submit Scheduling request and follow through.
    • Track orders through manufacturing process
    • Process shipping requests
    • Coordinate incoming Artwork & Graphics with appropriate department.
    • Coordinate necessary documents for billing and/or credits/debits.
    • Research customer inquiries
    • Serve as backup to other Customer Service Rep with customer direct contract responsibility.
    • Utilize pricing tables to ensure adherence to customer contracts and agreements.
    • Attend and participate in new business meetings.
    • Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and correspondence
    • File Maintenance

    Your Profile

    • Graduation date between December 2022 and Summer 2024, preferred field of study in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
    • Must be proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel. 
    • Must possess good analytical, numerical, problem solving and reasoning abilities. 
    • Must be willing to travel to manufacturing facilities.
    • Must be a self-starter.
