Your Mission

  • Daily contact with customer in regards to orders status, delivery dates, and order changes.

  • Monitor responses to customers for non-conforming products and other related issues. 

  • Manage customer inventory programs where applicable.

  • Manage customer’s product transition plans.

  • Oversee the invoice approval process.

  • Manage all customer shipments

  • Coordinate with scheduling and planning to meet customer’s requests. 

  • Use judgment as to what information will be given to customers and how it will be presented, based on company procedures and general customer service theory. 

  • Complete all required weekly and monthly metrics.

  • Maintain monthly sales estimations.

  • Will attend departmental and customer meetings with some travel required

  • Complete annual initiatives as outlined during performance evaluations.

  • Coordination of new products

  • SAP order data maintenance

  • Collection and distribution of all shipping documents when requested by customers.

  • Involvement in both internal and external audits, including peer-to-peer

Your Profile

  • Experience as a customer service representative, account manager, or sales representative is preferred.
  • High-level of business decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required.
  • SAP experience preferred.
