Your mission:

• Ability to self-direct activities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Customer Service fundamentals and analysis
• Must have familiarity with standard units of measure in both English and ability to learn SI systems of measurement and capability of conversion between units
• Must possess basic math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions
• Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Must be capable of reading, interpreting, and following detailed written instructions explicitly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Abilities in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook for record keeping/communications. Also proprietary software as it relates to the operation of CAD-CAM equipment
• Must have mechanical aptitude to perform minor maintenance/upkeep on CAD/CAM system
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Must be capable of working independently or in teams; willing to cross train in other areas of the plant
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management
• Ability to use technology to solve business problems
• Ability to use and read a measuring tool

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years‘ of experience in finished bag construction
• Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
